The Perkins MKP2000P is best suited for continuous operation (24/7) with a full load and is an excellent alternative to commercially acquired power for supplying continuous electricity. With a power factor of 0.8, it has ratings of prime and standard.

It is driven by a three-pole circuit breaker system, and it was built to function at its maximum capacity even under the most difficult conditions.

The Perkins MKP2000P produces electrical power of 2250 kVA/1800 kW at its maximum on standby and 2000 kVA/1600 kW at its maximum on prime for an unlimited number of hours per year. Every twelve hours, the unit generates 10% overload power at a frequency of 50Hz-60Hz and an engine speed of 1500-1800 rpm.

The Mikano Soundproof Enclosure Series is powder-coated, made of high-quality steel, has a one-piece roof structure with removable front and rear access panels, and has attached internal exhaust silencers to make sure it works well even in the harshest environments.
